Before joining the Department of Statistics at NC State, I was in the Department of Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science at UIC. My PhD is from the Department of Statistics at Purdue University in 2009.
Harry Crane and I are co-founders of a new platform for peer review and scholarly publication. For details, please visit www.researchers.one and follow us on Twitter, @ResearchersOne.
Asymptotics, Bayes and empirical Bayes, foundations of statistical inference, high- and infinite-dimensional problems, imprecise probability, mixture models, etc.

07/12/2019: Revised version of my paper on false confidence, non-additive beliefs, and valid statistical inference is available on arXiv and comments are welcome at Researchers.One. This version was recently published in the special issue of the International Journal of Approximate Reasoning dedicated to papers presented at the BELIEF/SMPS 2018 conference in Compiegne, France.
11/21/2018: ISIPTA 2019, the 20-year anniversary edition of the world’s main forum on imprecise probabilities, takes place July 3–6, 2019 in Ghent, Belgium.
