On a WINDOWS machine, download the compressed, 'zipped' 
  executable file named 'nmosa00.exe' -- to any intermediate
  storage location.  To uncompress the file, pull up the
  RUN menu and enter 'nmosa00.exe' with the appropriate
  path references.  This executable will prompt you for
  a directory name where you want everything placed.  This
  will create a directory named 'aug00' and within that 
  directory are three files 'copyrght', 'notes' and 'pgmtable'
  and the 13 directories (one for each chapter) with the
  Fortran files within them.
